At Rubber Flooring Ohio we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return guidelines below before placing an order.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Products must be rolled up and properly secured for transport
- Return request must be made within the 7-day window
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
This fee is deducted from the refund amount once the returned product is received and inspected.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Custom or special-order products
- Cut or modified flooring
- Clearance or final sale items
- Common Rubber Manufacturing Defects
- Skive/knife marks
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method, minus applicable fees.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
